I would highly recommend a read for anyone working as an interim manager or interested in joining the community.
They act as colleagues and advisors as much as clients and associates so I'm really pleased I have been able to provide the support needed, especially over this past year. Being a small business, my network and the relationships I have mean everything. THANK YOU to everyone who took the time to complete the survey and provide feedback, particularly to those who voted for Xylem and me. Over 2,500 independent professionals complete the survey each year with hundreds of different providers and consultants being reviewed so to be included in both categories is brilliant news and something I am very appreciative of.

?? PROUD to announce that I and my business, Xylem Resourcing, has again been recognised by the independent professional community as one of the leading providers in the UK as part of the IIM - Institute of Interim Management's 2021 Survey. The inane desire to constantly question the salary of public sector senior leaders will only ensure that our best and brightest continue to choose careers that serve shareholders rather than society. Her total annual compensation will likely be around £225,000 less than 3% of Kempczinski's earnings. Her main responsibilities will include coordinating the largest and most complex vaccine programme in history, clearing a backlog of 4.7m medical operations, and finding a way to tackle the NHS staffing crisis. NHS England's incoming CEO, Amanda Pritchard, oversees a £150Bn annual budget.
McD's revenue for 2018 globally sat at around £14Bn Kempczinski received £7.8m in total compensation in 2020. McDonald's CEO, Chris Kempczinski, holds ultimate accountability for ensuring customers receive hot burgers and well-seasoned fries at an economical price point. The NHS employs roughly the same number of people in the UK (1.7m) as McDonalds does globally (1.9m). The narrative being pushed around inflated NHS senior manager salaries being the underlying reason for the new Health and Social Care Levy is shameful. #primarycare #hiringurgently #generalpractice #businessmanagers #primarycarenetworks

Please feel free to share with your networks. Would be happy to consider permanent, FTC or temp to perm arrangement (although this would not be fully remote so would need to be happy to come to our Central London offices). We are a ambitious organisation so looking for someone that can bring some fresh thinking and creative solutions to the table. This will include providing clear data, feedback and support to our 34 GP practices and commissioners. Medium term - I am looking to recruit a Full-Time Business Manager that will incorporate the above as well as other contracting and performance management. Can be flexible about working arrangements in terms of fully or partly remote. Short term - ideally full-time but can consider part-time.
This will not suit someone who has no experience of the above as you need to hit the ground running. Can my network help? I'm looking for someone who is available from next week to come and support with various Primary Care contracting and reporting issues, particularly in relation PIP and ARRS.
